This Agreement does not transfer ownership of our or third-party intellectual property to you. Proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and internal tools remain the property of Horizon Marketing Group LLC. Campaign deliverables such as finalized ad copy, published content, and approved creative assets developed exclusively for your account will be transferred upon full payment of related invoices, as specified in your Statement of Work or service agreement.

Provision of Digital Marketing Services

Timelines for SEO initiatives, paid media launches, and content production are estimates based on standard workflows. Digital marketing performance may be affected by third-party platform updates (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Horizon Marketing Group LLC reserves the right to adjust schedules when necessary to protect campaign quality. Payment terms, retainers, and deliverable schedules are defined in a formal Statement of Work before work begins.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

In using our Services, you may rely on third-party platforms, ad networks, analytics tools, or software ("Third-Party Services").

• Use of any Third-Party Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platform outages, account suspensions, or algorithm changes beyond our control.
• We shall not be liable for any damage or loss alleged to arise from content, goods, or services available on or through third-party websites or platforms connected to your campaigns.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Specific marketing engagements regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment are governed by separate contracts and the termination provisions within those agreements.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Horizon Marketing Group LLC and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or ROI, as outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, budget, and factors outside our control.
